This was the key to their success. Heard Real Estate Team is market leading real estate team based in the greater Indianapolis area and continues to dominate the Indy market serving over 200 families each year producing over 60 million in closed volume. Rodney & Amanda transitioned their Independent Brokerage to eXp in May of 2018 as Mega Team. Since transitioning to eXp Realty Rodney & Amanda Heard along with their tenacious team are the “Top Producing” agents for eXp Realty in the entire state of Indiana and have led the state of Indiana as “Top Producers” each year!
Rodney & Amanda now focus on coaching, developing, and consulting other agents as they continue to grow their referral and expansion teams. Amanda has been licensed since 1996 and has a wealth of knowledge and experience as a producing agent and coach. She has coached top tier individual agents and teams with impressive success. Rodney started his career in 2007 and after achieving Rookie of the Year at Re/Max he was recruited to be a Team Leader with Keller Williams 2010.
